Seven Brothers Construction Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe Ercolé.

Groupe Ercolé's Board of Directors is made up of the Argento brothers, who are founding members and owners. Since January 2005, the Argento family's second generation has been taking up positions on the Board.
