Construction Project Appraiser—Industrial, commercial and institutional sector

Construction Project Appraiser. The candidate has a minimum of three years of experience, in Canada, in major project appraisals. He or she holds an engineering degree or the equivalent and is a natural-born leader. He or she is able to take responsibility for completing appraisal projects autonomously. Knowledge of the Timberline Estimating Plus software is an asset.

Construction Project Superintendent—Industrial, commercial and institutional sector

Major Construction Project Superintendent. The candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience, in Canada, as project superintendent. He or she must show leadership and the skill to coordinate construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating major construction projects.

Construction Project Appraiser—Civil engineering sector

Appraiser for construction projects in civil engineering and concrete structure repairs. The candidate has a minimum of five years of experience, in Canada, in major project appraisals. He or she holds an engineering degree or the equivalent and is a natural-born leader. He or she is able to assume responsibility for completing appraisal projects autonomously. He or she is capable of planning projects and preparing detailed production calendars, and is familiar with Transport Québec’s bid process.
